Coaches

Clayton Jensen --Clayton is the Head Coach at CBC, he began boxing in 1972
where he trained and competed as an amateur boxer. Clayton later returned
to coach in 1989 and has been teaching Olympic style boxing since that time,
giving him 30 years of experience. He has trained athletes to compete in upper
levels of competition in the sport of boxing, taking athletes to State, Regional
and National competitions. Clayton's class is for advanced/competition
boxers 6:30-8:30 pm, also you can schedule 'One on One' sessions for private
lessons.

Tim Lara --Tim is a positive coach who works with all ages and is
knowledgeable in the sport of boxing and weight lifting. Tim has a way of
reaching those who are not committed, or on the fence about boxing. He can
tailor the workouts to fit the specific need of an individual or age group
and/or prepare you for competition and help you tone up those muscles! You
can find Tim teaching the women's boxing class on Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm.

Todd Huff -- Todd has a great work ethic and is known for his military style
workouts. Todd is a positive influence to our members and he has been an
instructor at CBC for the past 10 years. He is dedicated to physical fitness and
his volunteerism at the club and is great with beginners, teaching the basics of
boxing in a fun environment. This class in a one-hour class for both youth and
adults, 5:30-6:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Jairo Perez -- Jairo is an experienced boxer and knowledgeable coach. He has
competed for the past 9 years for CBC. He ranked 5th in the 2018 National
PAL Tournament. His class consists of a light cardio workout focused on
specific muscle groups. He teaches the fundamentals of boxing to new
members of all ages. Jairo's one-hour class is enthusiastic and energetic! Join
Jairo on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
